Monday, July 4, 2011 at 8:00PM I lived in Africa. I lived in Africa over two years, from Jan 2008 till Mar 2010, in the beautiful country of South Africa. I enjoyed every moment of it. Its beautiful nature. Glorious food. Its people. I enjoyed living in a "rainbow nation", as it was lovingly baptized by Archbishop Tutu. Is it truly rainbow though?

Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 10:53PM I am a proud gleek. I watch this teenage show with unabated breath and I am happy that I do. It is much more than show tunes and teenage romance; this series is about courage, doing the right thing, notion of self-worth, uniqueness and personal greatness. Yet, apart from being an entertaining resource, this show has a strong moralistic component intended to instill the virtues of loving relationships, friendship, honesty, family and responsibility. Glee has also been praised on numerous occasions for prominent featuring of LGBT issues - coming out in particular.
